RENAISSANCE NASHVILLE WINS ABC AWARD

Sarfatty Associates is proud to announce that the Renaissance Nashville Hotel Conference Center and Lobby Improvements project has won the first place Eagle Award, Renovation $10M-$100M category, from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Greater Tennessee chapter.

Sarfatty Associates partnered with Premier Project Management (PPM) and Sanska Construction  Company. The project, which consisted of selective demolition of an existing conference center on the corner of Broadway and Fifth Avenue, is located opposite the historic Ryman Auditorium. Sarfatty Associates combined portions of the existing conference with the hotel to provide additional meeting rooms and exhibition space.

Sarfatty Associates worked with PPM to seamlessly integrate old and new construction into a dynamic hub of flexible assembly spaces that complements the lively Nashville scene.
